By booking with Yardable you agree to these terms.
Bookings are requests until we confirm them. We will confirm your day and price by text or email. Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may change for very large yards, heavy debris, or extra work you ask for on the day — we will always tell you before doing extra work.
Payment is due when the work is finished unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Season passes are paid up front and cover the services described on the pass for that season only.
We may need to move a visit because of weather or safety. If that happens we will offer you the next available day.
Please make sure the yard is accessible: gates unlocked, pets inside, and vehicles moved. If we cannot access the property we may charge for the trip.
