This agreement covers work carried out by Yardable.
What we do: the service you selected when booking, at the property address you gave us, on the confirmed date. Typical visits include mowing, raking, leaf and winter cleanup, and dog waste pickup as described on the website.
What we need from you: safe access to the yard, gates unlocked, pets secured, and any hazards (sprinkler heads, hidden stakes, loose wiring, damaged fencing) pointed out before we start.
Our responsibilities: we arrive with our own equipment, work carefully, clean up after ourselves, and carry our own insurance for the work we do. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects we were not told about, or for pre-existing damage to lawns, plants, or structures.
Debris removal is included only where the service description says so. Extra hauling is quoted separately.
Either side may end an ongoing arrangement with 7 days' notice. Season passes follow the cancellation policy.
