Plans change — here is how cancellations work at Yardable.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booked day and there is no charge.
Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if we arrive and cannot access the yard, and we may charge a $25 trip fee.
If we have to cancel because of weather or equipment problems, you are never charged, and we will offer you the next available slot.
Season passes can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no visits have happened yet. After that we refund the unused portion of the season.
